Rent Calculator Pro is solely intended as an auxiliary calculation tool for stallholders and subletting agents. We provide ZERO warranty or guarantee regarding the absolute accuracy of the financial figures generated.
By using this software, you explicitly agree that the developers, owners, and operators of Rent Calculator Pro hold NO FINANCIAL LIABILITY whatsoever.
If an inaccurate rent calculation leads to financial loss, contract disputes, missed payments, or legal altercations between you (the user) and a third party, you assume full 100% responsibility. You must verify all figures manually before engaging in any commercial transactions.
Due to the immediate provisioning nature of our digital SaaS product, all payments (Monthly, Yearly) are strictly final and non-refundable.
When you subscribe to Rent Calculator Pro, you instantly unlock premium capabilities and consume server resources. Therefore, we do not offer prorated refunds for canceled subscriptions. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing, but past charges cannot be reversed under any typical circumstances.
We respect your privacy. All your calculations, stall data, and agent list are securely saved to your personal Firebase cloud account. We do NOT sell this data to third parties.
Authentication and secure payments are handled globally via Google IAM and Stripe. We do not store or process any of your credit card details on our own servers.

考虑到虚拟商品与 SaaS 软件“购买即刻解锁特权”的属性，所有的月付、年付一旦扣款成功，概不退款。
您可以随时在 Stripe 收银台后台取消您下个月或明年的自动续费，以防止未来发生扣款。但对于已经发生的账单，除非遭遇不可抗力级别的服务器彻底损毁，否则我们不支持任何理由的按比例退款申请。
我们绝不将您的租客名单、租金利润出卖给任何第三方。您的账本数据安全的储存在 Google Firebase 云端，并使用行业标准的加密措施。
您的信用卡数据全程由 Stripe 国际支付网关接管，我们不直接接触或存储任何您的银行敏感信息。
